Automotive Service Advisor required in Walsall 

Basic Salary up to £28,000 basic (Can pay more for Senior Service Advisor)

OTE £33,000+ 

Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm with Saturday (1 in 2 rota): 8:30am – 12:30pm

We are working with a busy, independent garage in the West Midlands, providing MOTs, servicing, repairs, and fleet maintenance for cars and vans. Around 75% of the work is vans, and approximately 80% of customers are trade clients.

They are looking for a confident Automotive Service Advisor to join their hands-on, multi-skilled team. This is not a standard dealership role — you will be fully involved in every stage of the process, from customer enquiry to final invoice.
