Location: Swindon

Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week (between 06:00 - 18:30)

Tru Talent is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our client at their Swindon site.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, while confidently managing service and repair bookings to maximise workshop efficiency.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you will play a key role in managing the full customer journey from initial booking through to vehicle collection. You will ensure all service and repair work is scheduled effectively, keeping both customers and the workshop running smoothly and efficiently.

You will bring a strong customer-focused approach, combined with a commercial mindset, actively promoting aftersales services and ensuring the workshop operates at full capacity.
