Service Advisor needed in the Dorchester area of Dorset.
We are working with a Motor Garage who are actively looking for a Service Advisor to join there friendly team. Dorchester area of Dorset.
Job Role – Motor Vehicle Service Advisor
Salary – Circa 26k plus 8k Bonus
Mon – Fri – 35 hours per week
Sat 8am – 1pm on rota paid as overtime
Service Advisor Duties include:
Ensuring customers are aware of service and repair work required to their vehicles in a professional mannerAdvise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertakenSell additional products as appropriate to customers’ needsAdvise on timescales and collection arrangementsProduce job cards on in-house computer systemUpdate customer and vehicle recordsDocument all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policyPreparation a...
