Job Purpose
To act as the primary liaison between customers and the workshop, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the repair and maintenance process. The Service Advisor is responsible for accurately assessing customer requirements, coordinating repair activities, maintaining communication between customers and technical staff, managing workflow administration, and ensuring vehicles are serviced and released efficiently while maximizing customer satisfaction and workshop productivity.
