Job Overview We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our automotive service team. You will be the key link between our customers and workshop technicians, responsible for ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and review the customer's service file from the front desk team. Conduct a detailed consultation with the customer to understand their concerns and issues. Analyse the nature of the problem to determine whether it is due to: Normal wear and tear Premature or unexpected malfunction Liaise with workshop technicians for a technical review and inspection. Determine if repairs are: Chargeable (out of warranty or wear-related) Complimentary (under warranty or goodwill basis) Clearly explain technical issues and proposed solutions to customers.
