Overview
The Service Administrator’s primary responsibility is to provide logistical support to all Shop and Field Service Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors and Technicians in their related functions to better enable those personnel to provide the best service repairs available in the industry.
Basic Duties
+ Answer inbound phone calls for the branch
+ Initiate , maintain and close work orders
+ Achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction, employee engagement and profitability
+ Ensure all work orders comply with the SOP‘s for service operations To include
+ Proper PO#’s
+ SIMS entries
+ Outside Purchase order management
+ Warranty compliance
+ PI/PSP compliance
+ Issue PO#’s to vendors for sub-let work and materials and accounting those invoices upon receipt. <...
