A unique opportunity has become available to join our Christchurch Care Home as a Service Administrator on a full-time basis. We are seeking a motivated and experienced administrator to deliver professional and high-quality administrative support to senior managers. This role is Monday to Friday, based in our Merivale site.
Key aspects of this role
- Provide reception duties including receiving incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and delegating enquiries to appropriate staff
- Liaise with managers to review processes and office systems
- Draft communication and documentation
- Assist with coordination and scheduling of meetings
- Perform admissions, transfers, and discharges accurately and timely
- Maintain filing and system integrity ensuring accuracy and efficiency
