My client is a Prestigious Main Dealer looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their busy department.
The role is to work in the Aftersales department and to support the front-line team.
Duties will include
Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointmentsRaising paper work / job packs in preparation of customer’s appointmentsMaking outbound calls for: VHC follow-up to appoint customers, make booking appointments for specially ordered partsUpdating vehicle and customer recordsSupporting front-line staff with administration duties About you
