Job Summary
The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting guests, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Present menus and explain menu items, promotions, and recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly
- Serve food and drinks according to company standards
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address concerns immediately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process bills and handle payments accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations
