The Server is responsible for a specific station and should always be present on the floor to make sure that service runs smoothly. As the main point of contact and ambassador,Β the server will guide guests through their meal in a warm, accommodating, and professional demeanor. The Server must have the ability to lead their team, and control the pace and flow of all tables in their station.
2+ Years fine dining experience in a similar restaurant or major city required.
