Welcome and greet seated guests Suggest menu items to encourage customer satisfaction and up-selling Provide detailed information on menu items Take drinks and food orders and place them in our POS system Repeat orders to ensure accuracy Ensure food and drinks are served promptly (in conjunction with or without Runner) Offer desserts to guests Clean tables and dining areas, including counters (when Runner is not available) Ensure that food presentation is up to our high standards Provide customers with checks and take payments Thank customers as they leave Clear tables and clean table tops Qualifications Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
