Job Description
- Confidently answer guest questions regarding food, beverages, wine, and other restaurant services as required
- Communicate effectively with Servers and Hosts to support optimal seating flow and service efficiency
- Inspect all tables to ensure proper mise en place, cleanliness, and completeness prior to and during service
- Maintain a high level of floor awareness, assisting with clearing and resetting tables as needed
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure standards are consistently upheld
- Oversee the cleanliness of assigned sections, ensuring all materials and service areas are organized and free from clutter
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food safety practices, including causes of food contamination and methods of prevention
