Position Summary
Hospitality Support understands the technical interrelationship between kitchen and dining room, food and beverage delivery etiquette, and dining room traffic patterns. Hospitality Support also understands our cycle of service and its role within.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for water and table maintenance.
- Assisting the Captains with marking tables when needed.
- Assisting the wine team/server where necessary.
- Clearing and resetting tables.
- Providing responsive guest interaction that maintains the seamlessness of service.
- Have detailed information about the menu and dining room.
- Be able to run food to the correct guests in the correct order.
- Have a foundation of basic wine knowledge.
- Can speak confidently about the wines served by the glass.
