Position Overview
The Role
Reporting to the F&B General Manager the Server Assistant will assist food service employees in delivering food to tables, maintain cleanliness and attend to needs behind the bar, clean tables, carry dirty dishes, replace soiled table linens; setting tables; replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes; and serve water, appetizers and coffee to patrons.
Responsibilities will include:
Adhere to dress code policies during shiftAssisting with running food to tablesPerform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties in order to facilitate customer serviceEnsure immediate response is given to any and all guest comments and concerns and inform immediate supervisor of concerns and assist implementing corrective measure when necessaryMaintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and traysEnsure sure that beverage and ice dispensers, cabinets, serving are...
