Come join our F&B team as a full-time Server Assistant for our Carillon Restaurant- PM SHIFT! We are AT&T Hotel and Conference Center located in the heart of UT Campus, Hook 'em!

We are looking for both PT availability, Tuesday-Saturday 2-10PM is when Carillon PM is open for; ideally we need someone 3Xweek, focused on weekends.

Principle Responsibilities & Position Purpose:

Assist restaurant service staff by setting and clearing tables as required.
 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

+ Bus tables according to standard, including removing dirty plates, glasses, dishes, silverware, teapots, coffeepots and other serving dishes from tables. Primary role is cleaning and resetting tables during meal periods.

+ Clean debris from tables, floors, chairs and side stations throughout shift, using proper equipment, cloths and sanitizer.
