Outcomes First Group is seeking a compassionate and creative Pre-Formal Teacher at Heath Farm School in Ashford, Kent. You will help pupils with profound and multiple learning disabilities through personalized, sensory-rich learning experiences while working closely with a dedicated team.

This role requires a passion for inclusive practice and the ability to adapt strategies for individual needs. A qualified candidate will have a QTS or equivalent, and the position is full-time with a supportive working environment.

The contract is fixed term until March 2027, with a salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
