What the role is:

You will develop masterplans, planning and urban design strategies, environmentally sustainable concepts and formulate urban design guidelines for JTC industrial estates.

What you will be working on:

You will carry out GIS-based spatial analysis to support the planning strategies and recommendations. You will also carry out various urban design typology studies and research to support the mixed‑use development for JTC industrial planning projects.

What we are looking for:

Background in Architecture with Urban Design and/or Urban Planning. Relevant working experience in urban planning and/or urban design projects as well as GIS-based spatial analysis and/or parametric modelling skills would be an advantage.
