Position Overview
Our client, a leading A1 main contractor, is looking to hire Quantity Surveyors to join their tender team based at their HQ office.
What you will do - Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements and potential cost risks.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate pricing.
- Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations
- Assist in the preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), tender clarifications, and value engineering proposals.
What you will need - Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
