About the job

• Lead Technical Design: Oversee the end-to-end electrical engineering lifecycle, from conceptual FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) to detailed design and site commissioning.
• Systems Architecture: Design and optimize complex LV/MV/HV power distribution systems, ensuring maximum efficiency and reliability.
• Mentorship: Act as a technical beacon for the local engineering team, conducting peer reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Project Oversight: Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Structural, Software) to ensure seamless integration.
