Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Prepare and manage all costs related to mechanical & electrical engineering projects
- Ensure that M&E installations are delivered within budget
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and monitor financial progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage contracts and bids for M&E suppliers and subcontractors
- Review and ensure all M&E works are in compliance with building and safety standards
- Evaluate contract terms with suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
- Coordinate closely with clients, architects and engineers to resolve any M&E related contractual disputes
Requirements - Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant M&E QS experience in the construction industry
- Knowledgeable in M&E systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems etc.
