Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of staff wellbeing and engagement initiatives aligned with Ren Ci Hospital’s priorities.
Lead Organisational Development (OD) programmes and apply OD principles and approaches to translate Ren Ci’s values into clear systems, practices, leadership behaviours and staff experiences.
Lead staff wellbeing development and strengthen staff engagement to promote staff retention and sense of belonging.
Profile the organisation and staff to recognise achievements and to enhance staff attraction.
Support the HR Director on matters from management reporting, paper writing, policy review and project execution.
