About the job Senior/Infrastructure Support Executive Lead
JobResponsibilities:
Administer and configure infrastructure systems and applications (e.g. Active Directory Services, Data Centre, video conferencing, audio system, telephony, server storage, backup, etc.), network devices (Firewall, routers, VPN, internet proxy, wireless, etc.), desktop, mobile devices and other remote devices.
Ensure systems are backed up automatically, recovery plans and disaster recovery plans and patches are carried out successfully and monitor the systems resources usage closely.
Liaise with external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met.
Draft and update technical documentation such as administration & user guides.
Provide technical support to both Local and Overseas branches users over the LAN and WAN without compromising security.
Source for products/solutions and vendors/suppliers for required projects.
