Senior/General Foreman (Construction) – Cape Town

A Leading Company specialising in providing affordable housing and security estates for lower to middle income groups is looking for a Senior General Foreman for their projects in Somerset West, Cape Town.

Requirements for the Position: NQF 4 or 5 via CETA Trade Certification/Diploma or RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning). Honours degree advantageous. Minimum of 10 years related experience in the Construction/Engineering environment. Read and interpret drawings. Setting out and levelling. Knowledge of: Construction processes and applicable trades. Materials, plant, and equipment. Site administration systems. Staff supervision and basic IR. Safety requirements and safety and health legislation.
