Position Overview
- Ensure Compliance to company's policy and procedures
- Ensure 6S program is maintained in all workshop and storage areas
- Providing day to day leadership and management of the fabrication Team
- Participate in LEAN initiatives to improve operational efficiencies to drive operational excellence
- Monitor all fabrication operations
- Review all WPS prior to work starting and highlight any issues to welders and fitters
- Ensure Fabrication work orders are executed per production schedule
- Review Technical Drawings and ensure production issues are addressed by the departments
The Requirements: - Min Diploma/ Degree with min 5-8 years of relevant working experience
- Prior hands‑on experience in welding
- Supervisory working experience
