[What the role is]

As a Digital Solution Engineer or Senior Digital Solution Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and ongoing support of both delivered and customised application systems. You will collaborate closely with business users to understand their needs and provide recommendations for application enhancements, as well as take ownership of designing and developing new functional modules and subsystems to address business requirements.
This position is hands-on, involving active engagement in investigating and troubleshooting application issues to deliver effective user support. Your will help maintain a stable and secure computing environment, while also driving improvements that enhance user experience and system functionality.
