About The Client
We are hiring for a global digital workspace solutions provider specializing in VDI and DaaS across multi‑cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L4 support for Workspace ONE UEM and Access
- Manage device enrollment, app deployment, user access, and security policies.
- Monitor platform health and troubleshoot incidents/root cause analysis.
- Support upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery activities.
- Coordinate with vendor support and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to client teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands‑on experience with Workspace ONE UEM administration.
- Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoints.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SSO, certificates, and compliance policies.
