Position Overview
We are looking for an employee relations or workplace assessment consultant to join a project team bidding on a project with the Department of Defence.
To qualify, candidates must:
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience conducting workplace assessments and employee relations investigations.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience conducting employee conflict resolution and mediation services.
Have a relevant project history of at least 3 projects in the last 5 years
Be fluent in both English and French
Have the capacity to deliver services between June and October 2026
Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field
Hold a relevant professional designation
Preferably: Experience working with the Federal Government.
Compensation is negotiable.
