Lead the end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workforce Software T&A solutions for large‑scale manufacturing environments.
Configure advanced time rules, schedules, accruals, absences, eligibility rules, overtime calculations, and time‑derived payroll logic.
Develop and manage integrations between Workforce Software and systems such as SAP Employee Central, SAP ECP Payroll, biometric devices, and middleware platforms (CPI, Boomi, etc.).
Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design for new implementations and enhancements.
Lead data migration activities including extraction, transformation, validation, and cutover planning.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to time management and system integrations.
Collaborate with global IT and business teams to ensure aligned solutions and consistent process governance.
