Research and observe industry trends paired with sales feedback to translate into new innovative concepts via illustrations/ hand sketches and draping, executed within the brand aesthetic.
Help curate seasonal mood boards alongside the Creative Director and design team.
Meet with fabric, trim/ component, and embellishment vendors to make initial selections for new season consideration with Creative Director and sales team
Work with existing vendors and source new vendors to develop fabrics and techniques specific to the creative direction of each collection.
Design and oversee creation of new styles for collections that are shown twice a year in New York (April and October) and once a year in Barcelona (April).
Prepare and present new design concepts to the Creative Director and sales director, to collaborate and make selection of what moves forward together.
