Job Description:

• Own EE warehouse operating model (inbound, storage, picking, packing, VAS, shipping, returns).

• Create reference architectures and playbooks for brownfield and greenfield sites, including throughput modeling, labor planning, slotting, and wave strategies.

• Help define the right automation approaches (GTP, ASRS etc) for different objectives and be able to work with Industrial Engineering firms to help design the layout and automation capabilities.
