We're seeking an experienced Visual Designer to drive the strategic evolution of the Books shopping and Kindle visual experience on behalf our our customers. In this role, you'll lead complex design initiatives that will help shape how millions of readers interact with buying and reading books while driving long-term organizational strategy for visual design excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can balance creative excellence with business needs, while effectively leading complex initiatives across organizational boundaries. They should be comfortable working with ambiguous problems and able to create scalable solutions that elevate the entire design organization.
