Position Overview
This role manages shopper marketing activities and is responsible for the conceptualization of the visual merchandising plans. You are to oversee the set-up of merchandise display by coaching in-store teams. You are also responsible for market research efforts relating to visual merchandising.
Responsibilities - Be the key contact person for all local VM matters and work with Singapore Marketing Team to create new ideas and concepts for brand and marketing initiatives
- Ensure store and counter displays are updated and changed according to the marketing campaigns
- Audit storesβ VM guidelines, ensuring they are adhered to the approved planogram
- Develop new props and packaging
- Design and develop thematic display environment / seasonal themes for various campaign occasions
