Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President/Director to join our Infrastructure Debt Advisory team in London. The successful candidate will play a leading role in originating and executing debt financings across core and core‑plus infrastructure, energy, digital infrastructure, and transportation sectors. This individual will work closely with other senior bankers and clients to deliver innovative financing solutions, while mentoring and developing junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates, including acquisition financings, refinancings, and capital structure advisory.
• Manage overall transaction workstreams, including financial modelling, credit analysis, lender due diligence, and process management.
• Develop financing structures tailored to client needs, working across bank, private credit, institutional, and capital markets sources.
