✔ Team comprises Wealth RMs, Senior RMs, and Cluster Heads (Playing Captains)

✔ Direct reporting from Cluster Heads and relationship management teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

🔹 12–18 years of experience in Wealth Management

🔹 Currently managing a minimum AUM of ₹250 Crore+

🔹 Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing wealth management teams

🔹 Existing team reporting structure in the current organization preferred
