Job Purpose
Lead the Bank’s IT infrastructure and operations to ensure systems are secure, stable, and high-performing. Oversee end-to-end infrastructure services and IT asset lifecycle management to support efficient, compliant, and resilient technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure operations, including data centres, networks, servers, databases, storage, and system environments
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of infrastructure services in line with SLA targets
Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement initiatives
Drive capacity planning, lifecycle management, and cost optimisation across infrastructure platforms
Establish and enforce standards for configuration management, patching, and asset governance
Manage enterprise monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure performance reporting
