Development Management responsibilities for Real Estate projects. Hands-on role in leading the creation of a new program that will identify and deliver the sale of D-Hold assets from Aldar Development to Aldar Investment. Negotiate and lead the execution of key commercial development agreements for real estate assets to be acquired by Aldar Investment for recurring income; as well as other development agreements executed with external stakeholders. Active involvement in managing the investment analysis, approvals (ICs / ExCo) and post-deal execution phase of D-Hold developments and special situation projects.
