The primary objective of this role is to provide legal services for the business conducted by Citi Group Global Markets Japan Inc. (CGMJ) and Citibank, N.A., Tokyo Branch (Citibank Tokyo), with a focus on (i) Securities Services and (ii) Commercial Cards.

● CGMJ is the broker-dealer arm in Japan of Citigroup. Its main businesses are Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, and Research. Citibank Tokyo is engaged in banking operations such as deposit-taking, credit extension including loans, fund transfer and clearing both in Yen and foreign currencies, and investment business including marketable securities.
