Join the Close Brothers Invoice Finance business, working as part of the Risk & Assurance Team, where you will be responsible for setting and driving KPIs within the team and performance management, while also tackling your own portfolio of verifications.

Our ideal team member will have previous experience in effectively verifying valid debts notified to the lender through contacting the client’s debtor base with excellent telephone manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure new business and existing client debt verification activities are completed in accordance with policy, with escalation of issues as appropriate.
