Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to create clear and concise UX content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Develop user-focused messaging for digital interfaces, including apps, websites, and other platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure content meets user needs and enhances the overall experience.
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across all digital touchpoints.
- Translate complex financial services concepts into simple, user-friendly language.
- Contribute to the creation of content strategies and guidelines for the Group Digital team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is integrated seamlessly into the overall user experience.
- Review and refine content based on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve its effectiveness.
