Job Description:
The Senior UX Program Manager will lead and support user experience research initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role involves planning and executing end-to-end research studies, analyzing findings, translating them into strategic insights, and supporting the design process through workshops, storytelling, and continuous user engagement. Requirement/Must Have: Ability to understand requirements at early and ambiguous stages and define research goals. Ability to plan and execute generative and evaluative user experience research activities. Ability to analyze competitive landscapes, stakeholder ecosystems, market forces, and industry trends.
