Responsibilities
Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and UI specifications that developers can implement with minimal clarification. Conduct lean user research, including interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiry, to validate design decisions efficiently. Work closely with vendors to ensure the final implementation aligns with the intended design. Support product delivery based on organisational priorities, which may involve focusing on one major system or contributing to 2–3 related initiatives at the same time.
Cross-System Design Harmonisation
Identify common design patterns across systems within the same service pillar, such as case management workflows, disbursement processes, and registry interfaces.
