Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior UX Researcher with experience in physical product development to join a customer facing research and insights team.
This role will be embedded in an Industrial Design team to help drive transformation and innovation by contributing insights and research outcomes that translate directly into business and product impacts. On a day to day basis, candidates can expect to partner with Industrial and UX Designers, the larger UX Research team to develop and execute UX Research projects/programs aimed at understanding customer needs, expectations, and experiences. Candidates will perform activities from early/generative user research, through rapid/iterative formative testing, and later evaluation.
