Requirements

• 4+ Years of Experience in mobile UA or performance marketing, specifically within the mobile gaming sector
• Experience in a high-volume environment (Hyper or Hybrid-casual) where you have successfully released and scaled multiple games
• Advanced analytical skills. You don't just read dashboards; you find the why behind the numbers
• Deep understanding of MMPs, SKAdNetwork, and the technical nuances of tracking and attribution
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and can pivot strategies quickly based on real-time performance data
• Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets; SQL knowledge is highly preferred
• (Desirable) Prior experience specifically within the London gaming ecosystem
• (Desirable) Deep understanding of ad monetization and its interplay with UA (LTV modeling)
• (Desirable) Experience managing seven-figure monthly budgets for top-tier global titles
