Position Overview
Location: In Canada, Mistplay follows a 2 days/week in-office hybrid model in Toronto (400 University Ave) & Montreal (1001 Blvd. Robert-Bourassa). The Senior User Acquisition Manager plays a strategic role in the company's continued global expansion. The position’s primary objective is to grow the company’s user base in dedicated markets by optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various third‑party networks and social channels. Reporting to the Team Lead of User Acquisition, this is a key operational role that requires a unique balance of creativity, analytical thinking, effective communication/negotiation, and business development. The Senior User Acquisition Manager must be able to drive performance at scale through the development of strategic operations and business relations.
