Role Purpose Responsible for overseeing uniform and stock management, ensuring accurate inventory, proper fit, and compliance with procedures. The role coordinates uniform issuance, quality control, record keeping, and collaboration with tailors and departments to maintain high presentation standards.
Responsibilities - Manage and control the physical stock of goods and uniforms, ensuring accurate records, documentation, and system updates
- Perform goods reception, stock movements, and periodic stock counts, reporting any discrepancies to the hierarchical superior
- Ensure compliance with stock management legislation and provide accurate stock information when required
- Organize and optimize storage areas, maintaining orderly stockrooms and efficient use of space
