As a Senior Underwriter, you will oversee building out the CFC Management Liability, FinTech and Financial Institutions product suites in Spain, underwriting and growing broker relationships, with a longer-term strategy to build out a complete underwriting team. Working closely with the International ML Practice Leader and Financial Institutions Practice Leader, you will help contribute to the annual business plan, and take the lead on building new business initiatives, and implementing them successfully.

You will help develop the future team with technical training, coaching and development of more junior and new team members, as well as providing guidance to the team on underwriting practices, policies, and guidelines. You will also assist with other pan-European relationships a...
