**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Supervise daily underground mining operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production
+ Coordinate workforce activities, equipment usage, and material flow to meet output targets
+ Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and drive a strong safety culture
+ Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
+ Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to optimize operations

**What Are We Looking For**

+ Blasters and Mine Foreman Licenses required
+ Demonstrated ability to lead teams in an underground mining, heavy industrial environment
