ο Communicate with clients via email.
Job Requirements
ο The candidate must have up to 2 years of experience in the KPO industry.
ο Capable of addressing questions and queries raised by new employees.
ο Proficiency in software such as XERO, Sage, CCH, QuickBooks, Dext, etc., is essential.
ο Well-versed in MS Office, Outlook email, and UK HMRC regulations.
