Project Management and Delivery (Design + Construction)
Lead and manage the delivery of transportation infrastructure projects in Manitoba, with a primary focus on MTI assignments, and additional work for municipalities (including the City of Winnipeg) and other clients as required.Provide technical leadership and oversight across project stages including condition assessments, feasibility studies, functional/preliminary design, detailed design, tender preparation, and contract/construction administration.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk; oversee resourcing, forecasting, and project controls to meet internal and client expectations.Lead multidisciplinary teams (transportation, municipal, structural, environmental, planning, and technical staff) to deliver coordinated, high-quality outcomes.Provide senior technical input and quality oversight for transportation desi...
