Position Overview

  Senior Transition Consultant 
 The Senior Transition Consultant will work closely with the project manager to ensure seamless progress of projects. They will act as the lead transition consultant on all new implementations, create benefit specification summaries, test packs, and configure scheme automation to support all automated routines. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication skills.
  Key Responsibilities: 
 Deliver high-quality implementation services for new clients and transformation projects for existing clients.
 Act as the lead transition consultant on all new implementations.
 Create benefit specification summaries.
 Test packs and configure scheme automation to support all automated routines.
 Retain high-level knowledge of legislation and system functionality within the pension areas.
